Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of illicore's website and the services provided by illicore ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging with illicore for a project, you agree to these Terms. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@illicore.com before proceeding.

Services provided

illicore designs, builds, and maintains AI automation systems, AI voice agents, custom dashboards, and workflow integrations for businesses. Services are scoped on a per-engagement basis following an initial strategy call. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Payment terms

Our services are billed on a flat monthly retainer. Key terms:

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance
• There are no long-term contracts — engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Setup or build fees for new systems are quoted and invoiced separately from the ongoing retainer
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payment may result in a pause of services

Client ownership of deliverables

You own everything we build for you. Upon completion of payment for a project, full ownership of all custom code, workflows, automations, and documentation transfers to you. This includes any credentials, API connections, or configuration files tied to the systems we built.

illicore retains no ongoing claim to your systems after handoff. If you cancel, you keep everything — we just won't be maintaining it anymore.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel the ongoing retainer with 30 days written notice (email is sufficient). There are no early termination fees. You are not obligated to remain a client beyond 30 days from your cancellation notice.

Portfolio and case study rights

illicore reserves the right to reference completed client work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials. This includes describing the type of system built, the industry, and the results achieved — without necessarily naming the client.

If you would prefer we not reference your project in any form, let us know in writing and we will honor that request. We do not share screenshots, login credentials, or internal business data without explicit written approval.

Limitation of liability

illicore's liability to you for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the systems we build.

Automations depend on third-party platforms (CRMs, SMS providers, APIs) that may change or go down. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party services, but we will work promptly to resolve issues that affect your systems.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we'll notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
